@ sanjan Actually sanjan many of Moditel users suffering from said issue.Even me.Network is always busy and in my area it starts from 5 pm and after 9 or 10pm it is able to take calls.So i complained this to MObitel.After few houres a lady called me and told me that not only me many ppl facing this problem.And she clarified how this matter comes.She said that every tower has not same capasity and towers in towns has greater customer capasity than towers in country side.And she added that for every mobile network peak time strts from 6 pm to 10 pm.During that period they give the priority to voice calls than sms and data.She said that the reason is the currant condition and many new customers entering day by day.but network upgrading prosses is underway and she said this issue will be fixed within next two months. And i saw in many mobitel toers they have connected new tranceiving dishes to towers to enhance capasity.Therefore sanjan i hope you may living in town and not facing this issue.But some towers which have lower user capasity have this issue.But hopefully they are working on that.And please goodenough to understand that i newer wanna praise Dialog i hate them.I always use SLT products.And i hope many ppl doesnt want to see good on them decause about a decade they sucked the money from innocent people of this country and now they are paying for it.They will fall soon.
@ malinda I hope you have complained mobitel about this issue.Otherwise please report this soon.This issu will be fixed within next months and already for some areas.And please publish accurate news and dont be blamed in your blog.I hope this link may help you http://www.lankamediatalk.com Dialog says they have launch HSPA+ netork any one who knows about it please tell about it.

dont misunderstand… i dont want you to critisize dialog next. but any one can identify that you are very harsh on even small issues with mobitel.(and airtel) when woule nation is trusting them more than other networks…
and you always try to hide dialog issues, and most of them are far serious than mobitel..

I Have same question. Not only HSPA, After disconecting HSPA the got more than 2 month to refund deposite…. :)

yes this is your blog. so you can write any dam thing. we have our right to comment. and you can have seperate colomn for dialog. can be only one of 2 reasons. either you are loyal to dialog or they pay you. what ever it is a favoration to dialog. of course you can do that… my point is this is not a balanced blog…
yes i have a problem with dialog. only after i got their hsdpa package…

why seperate one for dialog? its also telecommunication service provider… isnt it? no need to have a special colomn unless they pay you…
and how can you say that dialog speed is good? dont lie man.. dont be that much cheap person because of money. i had dialog hsdpa. speed always less than 400kbps. read kalingas blog and dialog blogs to find out what dialog customers think…
