දැන් මොබිටෙල් එකත් ලංකාබෙල් වලටත් වඩා අන්ත විදිහට පිරිහිරා. මේ දවස්වල මේ හරියෙනම් එන ඇමතුමක් ගන්න තියා ඇමතුමක රුදී ඉන්නවත් බෑ එක දිගට. දැන් එක දවසක දෙකක ඉදන් නෙවේ, මාසයක දෙකක විතර ඉදන් මේ ලෙඩේ. දැන් එන්නෙ ඇමතුම් නෙවේ ඇලර්ට්. මම යාලුවෙ දෙතුන්දෙනෙකු‍‍ගෙත් බැලුව. මේ තත්වයමයි. අපි ඇමතුමක් ගත්තහම කියන්නෙ ඔබ ඇමතූ දුරකථනයෙන් ප්‍රතිචාරයක් නොමැත කියලයි. ඒත් ඒ දුරකථනය හොදින් සංග්නල් ඇතුව සක්‍රියවයි ඒ මොහොතෙ තියෙන්නෙ. දෙතුන් පාරත් උත්සහ කරන්න ඕනි ඇමතුමක් ගන්න. ඒ වගේමයි මගෙ මොබිටෙල් එකටත් ඇමතුම් වලට වඩා එන්නෙ ඇලර්ට්. මෙහෙම කොහොම කොහොම හරි ගන්න ඇමතුමත් සමහර වෙලාවට රින්ග් දෙක තුනකින් විසන්ධි වෙනව. යාලුවෙ කායනව ඇයි කට් කරන්නෙ අහනව. අමුතුම ජාලයක්. අපිට නෙඑන ඇමතුම් වල ඇලර්ට් එක එදාම එනවනම් කමක් නෑ. බොහෝ ඒව එන්නෙ සමහර වෙලාවට දිනය දෙක ගිහින්. මම මෙහෙම සැක හිතුන වෙලාවට කරන්නෙ කාර්ය බහුල වෙලාවටත් මිස්කෝල් ඇලර්ට් අංකයට ඇමතුම් යොමු කරල මගෙ අංකයටම ඇමතුමක් ගන්න එක. එතකොට දවස දෙක මග හැරැන ඇලර්ට් එනව එකදිගට.
අන්තර්ජලයෙත් වෙනසක් නෑ. සමහර වෙලාවට අන්තර්ජාලය හා සම්බන්ධ කරන්න හෙන ගේමක් දෙන්න වෙනව. විනාඩි හතර පහ නැවත නැවත ඩයල් කරන්න සිදුවෙනව. හැබැයි මේ නැවත නැවත ඩයල් කිරීම දුරකථන වලනම් අඩුයි. දෙතුන් පාරක් උත්සහ කලාම සම්බන්ධ වෙනව. ඒත් මොඩමයෙන් යද්දි හෙන ගේමක් දෙන්න ඕනි.
ඒ අයට කීවහම කියනව අපි ඒක අදාල අංශයට යොමු කලා. හොයල බලන්නම් කියල. අනේ…. මෙහෙමත් ඇමතුම්. දැන් උපහාර එකෙන් ගන්න හා එන ඇමතුම් හුගක්ම උපහාර වලින් එන ඇමතුම් අතර මගදි විසන්ධි වෙනව. එක දිගට කථාකරන්න බෑ. කෙටිපණිවිඩත් එහෙමයි. ඒව සමහර වෙලාවට යන්නෙ නෑ. යවන ඒවා අදාල දුරකථනයට හරියට යන්නෙ නෑ. ගිය ඒවට රි‍පෝට් එක හරියට එන්නෙ නෑ. අනික යවන කෙටිපණිවිඩත් හෙන වෙලාවක් යනව යන්න. ඒත් ටිගෝවල එහෙමනම් යවපු ගමන් ගියා ගියල වැටෙනව. මේක මහ විකාරයකි. මිල අඩුවට දුන්නට සේවාව හොද වෙන්න ඕනි. ඒ මදිවට උපහාරෙන් ලංකාබෙල් එකකට ගන්නව කියන්නෙ….. අප්පා…. ඒකට වෙනමම පන්තියකට යන්න ඕනි. මොකද කවදාවත් දෙතුන් පාර උත්සහ කරන්නෙ නැතිව ලංකාබෙල් එකකටනම් ගන්න බෑ. ජාලය කාර්යබහුලයි කියනව. සමහර වෙලාවට විනාඩි 10, 15 උත්සහ කලත් ගන්න බෑ. මමනම් හිතන්නෙ මේවා ලංකාබෙල්ලගෙ අවුලක් කියල. මොකද ලංකා බෙල් එකෙන් එයාලගෙ පාරිභෝගික සේවයට ගන්නත් හෙන ගේමක් දෙන්න එපෑ.
ඇතුතට මෙහෙම එක පැත්තකින් හෝ ගාල මිල අඩු කර කර… නොමිලේ දිදි… යනකොට අනිත් පැත්තෙන් සේවාවෙ ගුනාත්මක භාවය නැතිවෙනවනම් වැඩක් නෑනෙ.
සහතික ඇත්ත. මොබිටෙල් සර්විස් එක නම් ගන්න දෙයක් නැහැ. මම දවසක් කෝල් සෙන්ටර් එකට කතා කළාම කියනවා මගේ ෆෝන් එක මාරු කරන්න කියලා.

Mobitel GSM 1800 භාවිතා කරන නිසා වෙන්න ඇති. මගේ පැකේජ් එකෙත් රේට් වෙනස් කරලා. දැන් video calls විනාඩි 100 සහ GPRS 200Mb free දෙනවා. ඒත් පාවිචිචි කරන්නෙ කොහොමද මෙහෙට 3G නෑනේ. කරොත් කරන්නේ ඔහොම වැඩක්මයි.
Lankabel වලට ගන්න පුලුවන් යක්කු ගස් නගින වෙලාවට මේ නෙට්වර්ක් දෙකේම ලෙඩක් වගේ

I get Mobitel on 900Mhz,1800Mhz & 2100Mhz
but i always use 2100Mhz to call coz others are so busy as u say…that the only solution till they expand infrastructure

and why not talk about fibre optics now? and why not talk about HSPA?
and why there is a special colomn for dialog in your blog? you are a cheap writer doing any dam thing for money. mobitel has network problems. but not to the extent you say. and dialog also has swimiler problems in GSM and much more problems in HSPA. but you dont talk about dialog problems. instead you write that dialog is going to improve their service…. what a joke… really cheap man…
Im Not partner of Dialog. and also now im not using dialog. Im using mobitel. so i see issues of mobitel. and also I had talk about HSDPA in this post. This call matter not only me. My all Mobitel friends have this matter.
Im not make special column for Dialog. its automated generate content. see my home page carefully. there is have column for others.
then why you use mobitel? because its better than others. and you should find out issues with others if you publish them. see the heading of this… all know its a problem with lankabell and mobitel officially complained to TRC. find facts before writing… also you try to condemn airtel always. remember we get all these offers because of them..

dont misunderstand… i dont want you to critisize dialog next. but any one can identify that you are very harsh on even small issues with mobitel.(and airtel) when woule nation is trusting them more than other networks…
and you always try to hide dialog issues, and most of them are far serious than mobitel..

@ sanjan Actually sanjan many of Moditel users suffering from said issue.Even me.Network is always busy and in my area it starts from 5 pm and after 9 or 10pm it is able to take calls.So i complained this to MObitel.After few houres a lady called me and told me that not only me many ppl facing this problem.And she clarified how this matter comes.She said that every tower has not same capasity and towers in towns has greater customer capasity than towers in country side.And she added that for every mobile network peak time strts from 6 pm to 10 pm.During that period they give the priority to voice calls than sms and data.She said that the reason is the currant condition and many new customers entering day by day.but network upgrading prosses is underway and she said this issue will be fixed within next two months. And i saw in many mobitel toers they have connected new tranceiving dishes to towers to enhance capasity.Therefore sanjan i hope you may living in town and not facing this issue.But some towers which have lower user capasity have this issue.But hopefully they are working on that.And please goodenough to understand that i newer wanna praise Dialog i hate them.I always use SLT products.And i hope many ppl doesnt want to see good on them decause about a decade they sucked the money from innocent people of this country and now they are paying for it.They will fall soon.
